Manchester: England’s head coach Chris Silverwood hints at a possible tour of Pakistan in near future during a presser.
Speaking to reporters, Silverwood said he has no issues in touring Pakistan, in fact, he would love to visit a cricket-loving nation.
“I think we are getting there [in terms of planning to visit Pakistan for a tour] to be honest. Personally, I’d have no problem with that. I’ve never been to Pakistan so it would be nice to go and have a look. And I know our batsmen would look forward to batting on their wickets,” he said.
“For me, it’s great that it’s back as a topic of conversation again. We are looking to get back there,” he added.
